I have always worked out and lifted weights. I thought having pain in my hips and knees was just the way it had to be. Since starting Debra’s pilates class and strengthening my core, as well as those smaller, supportive muscles, my pain is gone. I no longer limp and walk without pain. Debra always checks in throughout the class to make sure things don’t hurt and that we are working the intended muscle. I highly recommend !

We Love exercising with DEb! When the Pandemic started and we began working from home, I knew we needed to find ways to get more active. Deb was amazing at Tailoring the exercises to our needs and accommodating us with virtual sessions. She always keeps us motivated and focused. Debra is THE BEST
She is enthusiastic, caring and fun. She demonstrates several levels for the movements and she includes instructions and informs us which muscles we are working. She gives a balanced full-body workout including strength training, aerobic exercises and stretches. She watches her students and corrects them so that they do not injure themselves. I attend a 45-minute class which feels more like 10 minutes. I have been Debra's student for about 2 decades
