About Me

My fitness journey started when I was 20 years old. I joined a gym after being told by my doctor that I had high cholesterol and high triglyceride and should start exercising.

It started with a step class. After a few clumsy starts there was something about the class that kept me going back and within weeks I was hooked and so my fitness journey began!

I like to tell this story because I want everyone to find what they love when it comes to movement. It is as much about your Mindset as it is about the body.

Exercise brings calmness and order into your life. Having defined muscles is the bonus. Ask yourself this question, Do you brush your teeth everyday? You don’t even have to think about the answer; it’s an automatic yes. Can you say the same about exercise? If not, then why?

Daily exercise has the same importance as brushing your teeth. It strengthens your Mind by releasing stress reducing hormones, it improves you physically by slowing and reversing age related processes, and it strengthens your heart, and improves circulation and blood flow.

My goal in this lifetime is to see doctors prescribing exercise as a form of medicine. The more you exercise, the less you need a doctor, and the Better you feel!
